Hello, I'm Bob Ross
The role of a Realtor is to make sure you understand every step of the buying or selling process. I've been committed to fulfilling my clients real estate needs with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and patience since 1986. I'm patient and understanding, and will take as much time as you need to explain what I do, and how it will benefit you. The paperwork can be overwhelming at times, so me and my team of professionals will do whatever it takes to lessen the burden and stress of a complicated and emotional process. I've been a home buyer and seller myself, and I know how stressful it can be. I derive joy and pleasure from relieving that stress from my clients' shoulders, making the buying or selling process as pain free as possible.
Always looking to improve my knowledge and skills, I've completed advanced education training to acquire the elite designations of CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute). I've also been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and have been rated in the Elite Top 100 out of 11,400 agents for RE/MAX of California and Hawaii when I was with RE/MAX. I go to seminars of the best real estate trainers in the country, always looking for an additional tool to add to my arsenal.
I joined Vision Realty after 10 years with Scott Anastasi Realty 15 years with RE/MAX Beach Cities and 7 years with Fred Sands Realtors.
I am the youngest of 3 children who was born and raised in the Los Angeles area, in what is becoming a long time ago! I've lived in the Seaside Ranchos area of South Torrance since 1993 along with my wife Lisa, son Eddie and the various dogs and cats we have adopted over the years. We've committed our time and money to bettering the community through volunteering and sponsorship. Lisa was an art docent at Seaside Elementary & Calle Mayor, and an officer of the PTA, as she was at Seaside Elementary and Seaside Coop. Eddie went to all the local schools and has since graduated with honors from DePaul University in Chicago. After several internships, my very hard working son had a job waiting for him with JP Morgan at the time of his graduation in 2016. He is still in Chicago with the goal of returning to the South Bay in the next 6 years. He was an all star baseball and soccer player locally, and a great source of pride to his mom and dad! I've volunteered at Seaside Elementary, and continue to sponsor many of our local sports teams.
A local expert with knowledge of the communities I service, my objective is to work diligently to assist you in meeting your real estate goals. I take pride in being an honest and ethical Realtor. Since I work in the neighborhood I live, it would be devastating to have anyone think of me as anything less than an excellent Realtor. I strive to be the type of professional you will be honored to refer to your friends and your family.
I am an avid Dodger's fan, as was my father and his father and now my son. We were Dodger season ticket holders when Dodgers Stadium opened in 1962. We still try to go to as many games as we can.
